Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days. For larger furniture items requiring white-glove delivery, please allow 2-3 weeks for scheduling and transportation.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made furniture pieces are final sale.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Nakama ships to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
How can I track the status of my furniture delivery?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. For large freight items, our delivery partner will contact you directly to schedule a specific delivery window.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Nakama furniture items come with a limited 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
